Loop the Loop
Anyone can do a couple of loops in succession but to considered a competent looper you should be able to do 50 or 100 or more without even thinking about it. Doing continuous "Loop the Loops" can be very difficult. It's a skill that is aquired with lots of practice. I'll outline the basics of how a loop is done but go to Shawn's Looping Guide to read a more detailed analysis of doing loops.

"Loop the Loop" begins just like a "Forward Pass". Hold the yo-yo and begin the throw.

Once the yo-yo has reached the end of the string it'll make it's way back towards you.

Instead of catching it in the hand, flick it back out.

Throw it back out.

Again, once it has reached the end of the string, it'll make it's way back towards you. You can catch it or continue to do do more "Loop the Loops".
