| Components: Double Under Mount |

This is what I usually do with this mount. I do this "Double Under" mount, dismount it into an "Under" mount and then do go into the "Braintwister" or "Split the Atom." It adds some flare to your tricks. |
You put your left index finger right in front of your body. You then throw a sleeper and hit the left index finger with the string.

As it makes contact with the left index finger, the yo-yo will begin to hop over your finger.

It lands on the string.
|
Push your left index finger into the string. This will cause the yo-yo do another hop over your finger.
|
It lands on the string and you have the "Double Under" mount.
