| I stumbled upon this trick when I was trying to show somone how to do the "Eiffel Tower". I accidently got an 'X' instead.

"The X-Files" starts of just like a regular "Eiffel Tower."
Drape the string around the left hand and also grab the string with the right thumb. |
|
Fold the string over by bringing down the left hand. |
|
Twist the string by turning your hand to form a triangle. |
|
Stick the left index finger into the triangle and hook the gray string. |
|
Get the left middle and ring finger out of the way. |
|
Remove the left thumb from the white string. Pull out the red string with your left index finger and be sure to also hook the white string with the left pinky. |

Proceed to bring the right hand down. From this view you can see that the "X" is almost complete. |
|
"X-Files" is complete when the right hand meets the red string. |
